Raising money for the Trust

Here are just a few examples of how you can get involved and raise money for the Trust to help make a difference for ALL dogs.

Run a Companion Dog Show

They are fun and all about people and their dogs. If you are thinking about organising a Companion Dog Show then why not donate the proceeds to the Kennel Club Charitable Trust? Open to both crossbreed and pedigree dogs alike, it is a great way to become part of the dog community and raise much needed funds for our dog charity.

Are you exhibiting at  Crufts?

If you are exhibiting at Crufts, don’t forget the £1 donation on the entry form.

Scruffts

Is your crossbreed the next Scruffts Family Crossbreed Dog of the Year?

Scruffts is the nation’s favourite crossbreed competition and is a great way to enjoy time with your dog and family. A crossbreed is a dog of mixed blood, whose parents are of two different breeds, or a mixture of several breeds.

The Kennel Club is co-ordinating Scruffts heats throughout the UK in 2013. Entry to each class is £2, with all money raised going to the Kennel Club Charitable Trust

Set up a Direct Debit

A regular gift by Direct Debit will help us plan for the future and manage our donations to the many worthwhile charities we support.

Fundraising

You can do absolutely anything to raise money and help us make a difference for dogs. Why not try a Bring and Buy Sale, Balloon Race, Barbecue, Bazaar, Book Sale, Breakfast Party, Nearly New Sale, New Year’s Eve dance/party, Netball Tournament, Non-Uniform Day.

Remember any event you decide to hold can be set up online via Virgin Money Giving.

Good luck and have fun!
